Inspired by a divine vision, this impressive piece of the heavens is a complex animated are piece with a unique design and original lightwork. It consists of a large stellated dodecahedron and base composed from over 200 pieces, and is animated by 288 LEDs. Iridescent acrylic is inlayed into each face under the wooden design layer. Three unique animations, customized to this particular design, drive the lighting. There’s also a global brightness knob and a selection switch that let’s you pick an animation or the auto cycle mode. Vermiel was a longtime dream when we first started making decorative lighting and it was a wonderful day indeed the first time this idea was actualized in her full glory. The animations are meant to complement the shape and really make this piece come alive. It’s absolutely stunning and has mesmerized audiences across events troughtout the midwest.
