The Starlight Portals were commissioned by the City of Aurora for their Lumenaura Festival in 2024. I was hired to design, fabricate, and deploy 10 portals throughout downtown. This was a wonderful job that pushed me well past my boundaries. I had to develop new fabrication techniques and new LED code. It was a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to make more large art.
